EuroHoldings extends charters for two feeder containerships

EuroHoldings Ltd. (NASDAQ: EHLD) has announced time charter contract extensions for two of its feeder containerships, M/V Joanna and M/V Aegean Express, according to a press release from the Athens-based company.

The 1,732-TEU M/V Joanna has been extended for a minimum of 30 months, with up to an additional 20 days at the charterer's option, at a gross daily rate of $24,000. The new period begins December 2, 2026.

The 1,439-TEU M/V Aegean Express has been extended for a period of 24 to 26 months at the charterer's option, at a gross daily rate of $20,500, commencing January 1, 2027.

(NASDAQ: EHLD, the “Company” or “Euroholdings”), an owner and operator of container carriers and tanker vessels and provider of container and tanker seaborne transportation services, announced today time charter contract extensions for its two container vessels:

The 1,732 teu feeder containership, M/V Joanna, for a minimum of 30 months plus up to an additional 20 days at the option of the charterer, at a gross daily rate of $24,000. The new period will commence on December 2, 2026.
