Apogee Minerals buys adjacent claims to expand Knife Lake project

Apogee Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: APMI) has signed a purchase agreement to acquire five mineral claims totaling approximately 1,965 hectares adjacent to and within its Knife Lake Copper Project in east-central Saskatchewan from Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSXV: EPL).

Under the terms of the agreement dated October 19, 2026, Apogee will pay Eagle Plains $20,000 in cash and issue 1,000,000 common shares in exchange for a 100% interest in the claims. Eagle Plains will also receive a 2.5% net smelter returns royalty on the acquired claims. Apogee retains the right to buy down 1.0% of that royalty at any time for $2,000,000,
