Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a 19.9% equity interest in DataMEDS AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) in exchange for an expansion of an existing technology license, according to a press release from the Philadelphia-based company.
