Dios Exploration plans $600K private placement for Quebec gold drilling

Dios Exploration Inc. (TSXV: DOS) has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,005, priced at $0.035 per unit, according to a press release from the Montreal-based junior mining company.

The offering consists of up to 17,143,000 flow-through common shares, each accompanied by a half-warrant. One whole warrant would entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.05 per share for two years.

Proceeds from the placement will be directed toward diamond drilling the Heberto-Gold extents on the company's wholly-owned Au33 property in James Bay, Quebec, which is accessible by road.
