DALLAS, Oct. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ:DMLP) announced today the Partnership’s third quarter 2026 cash distribution. The distribution of $0.882297 per common unit represents activity for the three-month period ended September 30, 2026 and is payable on November 12, 2026 to common unitholders of record as of November 2, 2026.

Cash receipts attributable to the Partnership’s Royalty Properties during the third quarter totaled approximately $37.0 million. Approximately 80% of these receipts reflect oil sales during June 2026 through August 2026 and natural gas sales during May 2026 through July 2026, and

Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ: DMLP) has entered into an agreement to acquire mineral and royalty interests in the Williston Basin in North Dakota, according to a press release from the Dallas-based partnership.

The agreement, signed October 16, 2026, involves a non-taxable contribution and exchange with an unrelated third party. The transaction covers approximately 4,300 net royalty acres spread across three counties in North Dakota.

Under the terms of the deal, the contributing entity will receive 1,250,000 common units representing limited partnership interests in Dorchester Minerals in exchange for its interests. Any cash received by the contributing entity attributed to the acquired interests
