DA Davidson analyst Matt Summerville reiterated a Buy rating and $85.00 price target on Crane NXT (NYSE: CXT).

The analyst commented, "Late last week, the Fed published its CY27 Print Order (PO), inclusive of a favorable mix toward USD100 relative to the PO for 2026. Production of the USD100 is poised to rise ~50% Y/Y at the midpoint (+25% vs. YTD 2026 annualized prod.), while the USD20 and USD50 are expected to decline. Following zero production of the USD10 YTD through August, we believe material production will resume in CY27. At the same time, low denominational USD1 and USD5 are expected

Crane NXT names Jason Lund president of CPI and DTT segment

Crane NXT, Co. (NYSE: CXT) has appointed Jason Lund as President of Crane Payment Innovations and Group President of its Detection and Traceability Technologies segment, the company announced.

Lund brings more than two decades of experience in operational leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and integration. He most recently served as President of Robotics & Automation at Novanta, where he led a global business. Before that, he held executive roles at Vontier, Fortive, and Danaher.

Lund holds a Bachelor of Science from Drake University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
