CURRENC Capital Inc., a subsidiary of Currenc Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CURR), announced a strategic partnership agreement with Securitize Corp. (NYSE: SECZ) to work with listed companies evaluating issuer-sponsored tokenization of public-company shares.

Under the agreement, the two companies will work with select listed companies exploring an approach in which the issuer itself authorizes and sponsors the onchain representation of its shares.
