ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crawford & Company® (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B) is pleased to announce that on October 29, 2026, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on December 4, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 18, 2026.
