Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT) has completed its acquisition of ACV Auctions Inc. (NYSE: ACVA) through a cash tender offer at $10.50 per share, according to a company statement.

As of the tender offer expiration on October 15, 2026, approximately 116.8 million shares of ACV common stock were tendered, representing about 68.43% of ACV's total issued and outstanding shares. Copart completed the acquisition through a subsequent merger, in which remaining ACV shares were cancelled and converted into the right to receive the same $10.50 per share in cash.
