Two investors cross 10% threshold in Cypher Metaverse private placement

Two investors acquired stakes exceeding 10% in Cypher Metaverse Inc. (CSE: CODE.X) through a private placement completed Sept. 21, 2026, according to an early warning report filed under Canadian securities regulations.

Jock McDermid and Elaine McDermid each purchased 278,030 units of the Vancouver-based company at $0.33 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.45 per share for two years from closing.
