Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) has confirmed Will Majic as permanent Chief Financial Officer and appointed Kristine McTaggart as President of its Essential Industries division, both effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Majic had been serving as acting CFO since February 2026. He joined Calian in 2017 and will continue to oversee the company's financial strategy, performance, and capital management.
