Capstone Energy+, Inc., formerly known as Capstone Green Energy Holdings, Inc., announced that its common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 8, 2026, under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: CEPL.

The company's shares previously traded on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker symbol OTCQX: CGEH, which will cease upon the Nasdaq listing. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the transfer or ticker symbol change.

The Nasdaq listing follows what the company described in a press release as a period of progress that included a corporate rebrand from Capstone Green Energy

Capstone Energy+, Inc. (OTCQX: CGEH) has received a follow-on order for a C800 Signature Series microturbine from Empresa Nacional del Petroleo (ENAP), Chile's state-owned energy company, according to a press release from the company.

The order will expand ENAP's existing microturbine installation at the Gregorio Refinery in Chile's Magallanes region from 1.4MW to 2.2MW. The refinery is described as the world's southernmost refinery. Commissioning is expected in November 2026.

The order was secured through ISPG, Capstone's authorized distributor in Chile. The system will run on pipeline natural gas and supply power to the refinery, which processes more than 200,000 cubic meters of
