Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (OTCQB: CETI) has announced details of a collaboration with Air Power USA, under which Cyber Enviro-Tech holds a Master Distributorship and Manufacturing Licensee agreement for compressed air power generation technology, according to a company press release dated September 30, 2026.

The agreement centers on Air Power USA's compressed air engine (CAE) technology, which the company states has been in development since 2015 and tested over 12 years in power generation, road vehicles, and boats. Air Power USA claims its Power Generation Unit has demonstrated a minimum of 10 years of reliability as backup power for a utility company.

Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (OTCQB: CETI), an environmental technology company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, has entered into a six-month consulting agreement with RockerFunder LLC, a New York-based financial and marketing consultancy, according to a press release.

Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (OTCQB: CETI) announced plans to form a new wholly owned subsidiary that would hold and commercialize certain technologies currently within the company, according to a press release.

The company intends to spin off the subsidiary as a separate public company and distribute its shares to eligible CETI shareholders as a stock dividend. Shareholders of record as of a record date to be announced would retain their existing CETI shares while also receiving shares in the new entity.
