Criterium Energy Ltd. (TSXV: CEQ) reported that its pipeline contractor is completing final construction activities on the Southeast Mengoepeh gas development project in Indonesia, with commissioning anticipated to begin in early October 2026.

The company said contractor PT Olindo has nearly finished building the SE-MGH Pipeline, with remaining work limited to installation of selected hot-bends and pig-launching equipment. First gas is expected in October, with the first gas sales invoice to be issued in early November under the terms of a binding Gas Sales Agreement at the Sekernan metering station.

Criterium Energy Ltd. (TSXV: CEQ) announced it has signed a Facility Sharing Agreement (FSA) with Jindi South Jambi B Co. Limited, the operator of the Teluk Rendah Gas Plant (TRGP) in Indonesia, according to a company press release.

Under the agreement, Criterium gains access to the TRGP, which has a processing capacity of 30 million cubic feet per day, and a 60-kilometer pipeline connecting the plant to the Sekernan gas sales point. The FSA was signed September 8, 2026, between Jindi and Mont D'Or Oil Tungkal Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Criterium.

The TRGP and pipeline were originally constructed in 2004

(TSXV: CEQ) has signed a gas sales agreement (GSA) with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), Indonesia's largest natural gas transportation and distribution company, securing a contracted market for gas production from its Tungkal PSC through 2040, according to a company press release.
