Criterium Energy signs gas sales deal with PGN, reports Q2 results

Criterium Energy Ltd. (TSXV: CEQ) has signed a gas sales agreement (GSA) with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), Indonesia's largest natural gas transportation and distribution company, securing a contracted market for gas production from its Tungkal PSC through 2040, according to a company press release.

The GSA, entered into on August 31, 2026, includes a take-or-pay commitment and fixed long-term pricing. Criterium said specific volumes and pricing are confidential but confirmed the contracted price is consistent with recently executed domestic gas agreements in Indonesia.
