Securitize SPAC deal to raise $400M, NYSE listing set for July

Securitize, Inc. and Cantor Equity Partners II, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPT), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, announced that their proposed business combination is expected to generate approximately $400 million in gross proceeds, including related PIPE financings and excluding transaction-related expenses.

The figure follows final redemption results showing that holders of less than 30% of CEPT Class A ordinary shares elected to redeem, retaining 71.5% of the CEPT trust.

Subject to shareholder approval at a special meeting scheduled for June 29, 2026, and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close July 1,
