Saba Capital renames closed-end funds ETF, ticker unchanged

Saba Capital Management, L.P. announced that its Saba Closed-End Funds ETF (Cboe BZX: CEFS) has been renamed the Saba Opportunistically Hedged Closed-End Funds ETF, effective August 19, 2026. The fund's ticker symbol, CEFS, remains unchanged on the Cboe BZX Exchange.

According to a press release from the firm, the new name reflects the fund's existing investment practices, which include opportunistically hedging interest rate risk and broader portfolio market exposure.

The fund's Principal Investment Strategy has also been amended to incorporate U.S. closed-end funds, non-U.S. equivalents, and opportunistic hedges within its 80% investment policy.
