Cordoba Minerals Corp. (TSXV: CDB) (OTCQB: CDBMF) announced that Peter Portka has departed as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development to pursue other opportunities, effective September 21, 2026.

Michael Waldkirch has been appointed interim CFO, also effective September 21, 2026.
