Auxly Cannabis to consolidate shares 14-to-1 on TSX July 28

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (TSX: XLY, OTCQB: CBWTF) announced it will complete a 14-to-1 consolidation of its common shares, with post-consolidation trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange expected to begin on or about July 28, 2026.

The consolidation, which was approved by shareholders at the company's Annual General and Special Meeting on June 30, 2026, will reduce the number of issued and outstanding common shares from approximately 1,418,570,505 to approximately 101,326,464. The board of directors approved the 14-to-1 ratio, which falls within the range authorized by shareholders at that meeting.
