SCP Standard Capital Partners AG has agreed to acquire all shares in Vanea Technologies GmbH and Nocturne Technologies GmbH, marking a shift in the Munich-based company's focus toward autonomous defense technology, according to a press release statement.

The acquisitions will be conducted through capital increases in kind using the company's Authorised Capital 2026, with payment structures combining cash and newly issued shares. The purchase price for Vanea Technologies is in the low six-figure range, while the combined cash and share consideration for Nocturne Technologies reaches the high six-figure range.
