Investing.com -- Burlington Stores shares jumped in premarket trading Thursday after the off-price retailer reported fourth-quarter results that topped expectations and issued a strong full-year outlook.

The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $4.99 for the quarter, above the consensus estimate of $4.75. Total sales rose 11% year over year to $3.64 billion, exceeding the $3.59 billion consensus estimate. Comparable store sales increased 4% compared with the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.

The stock was up more than 6% by 07:03 ET.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter rose to $562 million, up from $456 million a year earlier, excluding $8 million and $5
