B&R Technology Merger Corp. closed its initial public offering of 32,500,000 units priced at $10.00 each, generating gross proceeds of $325,000,000, according to a press release from the company.

The company's units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 21, 2026, under the ticker symbol "BRTMU." Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.
