BlockchainK2 Corp. (TSXV: BITK) (OTCQB: BIDCF) (FSE: KRL2) has closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,857,142 common shares at $0.07 per share for gross proceeds of $130,000, according to a press release statement.

The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued are subject to a four-month statutory hold period, and no finder's fee was paid in connection with the offering.

The offering remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
