Premier Graphene, Inc. (OTC: BIEI) and its affiliate HGI Industrial Technologies S.A.P.I. issued a strategic update on June 23, 2026, outlining four milestones reached since May 2026, including an anticipated first profitable quarter in the company's history.

The company's affiliate HGI Industrial Technologies entered Mexico's military procurement framework in May 2026 through an initial contract with SEDENA, Mexico's national defense ministry.
