Premier Graphene Inc. (OTC: BIEI) and HGI Industrial Technologies SAPI de C.V. have completed a second delivery of tactical belts to Mexico's Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), according to a press release from the companies.

The delivery is part of a 1,600-unit supply contract with the Mexican military. The first batch of 200 belts was previously completed and accepted following inspection. The press release did not specify the size of the second batch.

Premier Graphene Inc. (OTC: BIEI) announced that its affiliate, HGI Industrial Technologies S.A.P.I. de C.V., has entered into a joint venture with Nova Graphene Corp., a Canadian company based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to develop and commercialize graphene-based ballistic protection systems for the North American market.

According to a press release, the joint venture combines HGI's manufacturing capabilities and graphene production intellectual property with Nova Graphene's materials expertise.
