BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: BHST) has filed to list its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), the company announced, with trading expected to begin on September 8, 2026.

The company, currently listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: 8MV0), filed registration documents requesting that all outstanding and potential future shares be registered for dual listing on the TASE. The shares are expected to trade under the symbol BHST.

According to the registration filing, BioHarvest has requested to register 22,667,842 outstanding common shares, up to 4,516,021 common shares available for future issuance under its Equity Incentive
