A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: AZ) has signed an in-store retail media agreement with Israeli home goods retailer HaStock, expanding an existing partnership between the two companies.

Under the 24-month agreement, A2Z Cust2Mate received all in-store retail media and advertising rights across HaStock's stores, in addition to on-cart retail media rights already held by the company. A2Z Cust2Mate said it plans to offer these advertising opportunities to brands and suppliers, including existing HaStock suppliers.

The agreement extends A2Z Cust2Mate's media inventory beyond its Smart Cart technology to additional in-store touchpoints. HaStock operates more than 50 stores across Israel.

A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: AZ) has received a follow-on purchase order from Israeli home goods retailer HaStock for 1,050 additional smart carts, expanding HaStock's total commitment to 3,050 units, according to a press release.

The additional order is on the same terms as HaStock's original five-year agreement and is valued at approximately $11 million over the life of the contract. The original agreement covers collaboration across data, retail media, and digital services managed by A2Z Cust2Mate, with both companies sharing in resulting revenue.
