Ameriwest Critical Metals Inc. (CSE: AWCM)(OTCQB: AWLIF)(FSE: 5HV) announced plans for a non-brokered private placement targeting gross proceeds of up to $500,000, alongside an agreement to sell its Xeno Rare Earth Property in British Columbia for $100,000.
