Armstrong World Industries expands buyback program to $2.5 billion

Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE: AWI) said its board of directors approved an additional $800 million authorization to repurchase shares, raising the total authorized amount under its existing share repurchase program to $2.5 billion and extending the program through Dec. 31, 2029.

The Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based company also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.339 per share of common stock, payable on Aug. 19, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 5, 2026.

LANCASTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE:AWI), an Americas leader in the design and manufacture of innovative interior and exterior architectural applications including ceilings, specialty walls and exterior metal solutions, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an additional $800 million authorization to repurchase shares under the Company's existing share repurchase program, increasing the total authorized amount under the program to $2.5 billion, and extending the program through Dec. 31, 2029.

McNichols Co. names Mateus Panosso as president

McNichols Co., a Tampa, Fla.-based distributor and fabricator of specialty metals and fiberglass products, has appointed Mateus Panosso as president, according to a press release.

Panosso most recently served as Head of Company-Owned Distribution at Wilsonart, a private-equity-backed engineered surfaces company.
