Accelerant reports preliminary Q4 2025 revenue up 30% to $248 million

Accelerant Holdings (NYSE: ARX) reported preliminary unaudited fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $248 million, representing a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to a company statement.

The specialty insurance company's Exchange Written Premium reached $1.09 billion in the fourth quarter, up 24% year-over-year. Third-Party Direct Written Premium comprised 40% of Exchange Written Premium, compared to 21% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $71 million, a 52% increase from the prior year period. The company noted that revenue figures include $2 million in irregular investment gains for the quarter.

Accelerant Holdings (NYSE: ARX) announced two leadership appointments, naming Cliff Jenks as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Ray Iardella as Head of Investor Relations, according to a company statement.

Jenks brings more than 20 years of experience in capital markets transactions and public company governance. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Reinsurance Group of America (NYSE: RGA) for over 14 years.
