American Resources signs tungsten refining deal with Uzbekistan

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: AREC) and its affiliate ReElement Technologies Corporation announced the signing of a new agreement with Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex (UzTMK) and the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UFRD) to advance tungsten processing and refining collaboration.

The agreement was signed on October 19, 2026, in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, during the American-Uzbek Business and Investment Council event, held alongside U.S.-Uzbekistan diplomatic engagements involving U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The deal builds on a November 2025 memorandum of understanding between the parties. ReElement has since validated the processing of Uzbek-sourced tungsten
