Americore Resources names Foster Wilson to board, Healey exits

Americore Resources Corp. (TSXV: AMCO, FSE: 5GP, OTCQB: AMCOF) has appointed Foster Wilson to its board of directors, while Chris M. Healey has resigned from the same board, both effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Wilson brings more than 45 years of experience in the mineral resource sector, including work in mineral exploration, reserve drilling, resource estimation, feasibility studies, permitting, and project development.

From 1990 to 1999, Wilson was a member of the Technical Services Group at Placer Dome Exploration. He also held technical roles at Echo Bay and several junior mineral exploration companies. He served as president of Mesa Exploration
