REalloys names former SRC executive as chief operating officer

REalloys Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY) has provided additional details on the appointment of Dr. Muhammad Imran as its Chief Operating Officer, a role that became effective September 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Euclid, Ohio-based company.

Dr. Imran brings more than 17 years of experience at the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC), where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President. Since 2020, he led SRC's Rare Earth Element Division and played a role in developing SRC's Rare Earth Processing Facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
