Alarum Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALAR, TASE: ALAR) said on July 2, 2026, that the FBI seized certain domains associated with its subsidiary NetNut Ltd., a residential proxy network operator.

The company said it was made aware of the seizure on the same day and stated it would cooperate with law enforcement. The FBI has been investigating NetNut, an Israel-based subsidiary of data-collection firm Alarum Technologies Ltd., over its alleged role in linking customers' home internet devices without their consent into a residential proxy network, according to documents seen by Bloomberg News and reportedly confirmed by people familiar with the matter.
