Agroz Inc. (NASDAQ: AGRZ) has renamed its publicly traded Ordinary Shares to "Class A Ordinary Shares," according to a press release from the agricultural technology company.

The change is reflected in the company's Second Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, which also established a dual-class share structure and increased the company's authorized share capital.

Under the revised structure, the authorized share capital now consists of 1,000,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares, 5,000,000 Class B Ordinary Shares, and 15,000,000 Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares. Agroz Inc. (NASDAQ: AGRZ) received a notification from Nasdaq indicating the company no longer complies with listing requirements due to its failure to file its Form 20-F annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The agricultural technology company has 60 calendar days until July 17, 2026, to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
