Nouriel Roubini
From Wiki: Nouriel Roubini (born 29 March 1959) is a professor of economics at the Stern School of Business, New York University and chairman of RGE Monitor, an economic consultancy firm.
Roubini has been coined "Dr. Doom" by much of the media for his consistently bearish outlook on the economy. Roubini's downside bets have proven correct through much of the financial crisis, although many argue that he has now missed the rally off of this year's lows.
