Casey General Stores Takeover
On April 9, 2010, Casey's General Stores Inc. (NASDAQ: CASY) received an unsolicited takeover bid from Alimentation Couche-Tard, which the company rejected.
Alimentation Couche-Tard's original takeover offer was $36, which was raised to $36.75 and then ultimately to $38.50. Casey's is reviewing the latest offer.
