FirstService Residential enters Colorado market with Parker community
FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ: FSV), has been selected to manage Reverie at Looking Glass, a new single-family home community in Parker, Colorado, marking the company's entry into the Colorado market.
The community is being developed by Dream Finders Homes and is described as an age-targeted, active lifestyle development planned for 450 single-family homes at full buildout. Initial home sales are anticipated in summer 2026, with first closings expected later that year. Full buildout is projected to take several more years.
Located approximately 25 miles south of Denver, the community's planned amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and spa. The development is not age-restricted but is designed with active adult homeowners in mind.
FirstService Residential will provide community association management services covering financial management, governance support, and day-to-day operations. The company also plans to hire a full-time, on-site general manager.
The agreement extends an existing relationship between the two companies. FirstService Residential currently manages multiple Reverie communities developed by Dream Finders Homes in Florida.
"They understand what it takes to support a community from the ground up, and their experience with our Reverie communities in Florida has made them a natural fit," said David Smith, vice president of active adult at Dream Finders Homes.
Amy Bazinet, senior vice president at FirstService Residential, said the Colorado expansion gives the company an opportunity to bring its experience in new development and lifestyle communities to an additional market.
