JLL (NYSE: JLL) announced the appointment of Paul Morgan as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately, according to a company press release. Morgan will join JLL's Global Executive Board and report directly to Christian Ulbrich, President and CEO.

The COO role is newly created and is part of JLL's long-term strategy, Accelerate 2030, which is designed to advance the firm's operational capabilities on a unified, technology-enabled platform. As part of this structure, JLL is centralizing enterprise-wide operational functions under a single global operations group led by Morgan.

Ulbrich said, "Paul is an exceptional leader with a proven track record for making large, complex organizations run more efficiently."

Morgan said of the appointment, "We have world-class teams and business lines at JLL and connecting their operations will help us deliver our ambition to harness the full power of our platform."

Morgan previously served as COO of Real Estate Management Services at JLL and as CEO of Workplace Management globally, overseeing more than 53,000 professionals across 80 countries. He joined JLL in 2016 after spending 18 years with Johnson Controls, where he held executive roles in sales, strategy, and operations.

JLL reported annual revenue of $26.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, and operates in over 80 countries with a workforce of more than 112,000.
