Regulation FD Disclosure.

Parabilis Medicines, Inc. is updating its guidance to reflect its intention to present updated clinical data from the ongoing Phase 1/2 study of zolucatetide in desmoid tumor patients in an oral presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 in Madrid, Spain. The presentation is scheduled for Saturday, October 24 during a sarcoma-focused Proffered Paper session beginning at 2:45pm CEST (8:45am ET).
