Masco names Yaron Ben David as chief technology and AI officer

Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS) has appointed Yaron Ben David as Chief Technology and AI Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Ben David will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Jon Nudi and serve on Masco's Executive Committee.

The role is newly created and will consolidate enterprise technology, data, and artificial intelligence functions under a single Executive Committee leader.

Ben David joins Masco from Standard Industries, a global industrial company with approximately $11 billion in annual revenue. There, he served as Chief Digital Officer, leading AI, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operating companies. Standard Industries' portfolio includes GAF and W. R. Grace.

Before Standard Industries, Ben David held senior leadership positions within Unit 8200, the Israel Defense Forces' intelligence and cyber organization, where he led digital transformation, AI, cloud, and data modernization initiatives.

"Yaron is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of helping businesses harness technology, data and artificial intelligence to deliver meaningful business outcomes," said Nudi.

Ben David has more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, artificial intelligence, enterprise transformation, and cybersecurity.

Masco, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, manufactures and distributes home improvement and building products under brands including Behr, Delta, hansgrohe, Liberty, and HotSpring.
