BMO selects NetSol's Transcend Finance for equipment lending
NetSol Technologies (NASDAQ: NTWK) announced it has signed a contract with BMO in the United States to deploy its Transcend Finance platform for BMO's equipment finance portfolio, according to a press release dated Sept. 15, 2026.
The agreement marks a transition for BMO from NetSol's legacy LeasePak platform to the newer Transcend Finance system. Transcend Finance is described by NetSol as an AI-powered platform that combines originations, servicing, and wholesale finance capabilities into a single system.
Najeeb Ghauri, founder and CEO of NetSol Technologies, said in the statement: "For over 30 years, NetSol has been privileged to support BMO's growth and innovation, delivering robust, reliable solutions. With the transition to our Transcend Finance platform, BMO is poised to unlock new levels of operational efficiency, risk management and customer engagement."
BMO Financial Group is the eighth largest bank in North America by assets, with total assets of $1.5 trillion as of July 31, 2026. The bank operates across Canada, the United States, and select international markets.
NetSol Technologies, headquartered in Encino, Calif., provides asset finance and leasing technology solutions to clients in more than 30 countries.
