Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (NYSE: LSPD) (TSX: LSPD) announced a new feature called On Deck for its Lightspeed Golf platform, according to a company press release dated Sept. 15, 2026.

On Deck is a waitlist tool that allows golfers to register interest in a specific tee time or time window. When a cancellation or rescheduling creates an opening that matches a golfer's request, the system sends an automated email notification with the option to book the slot.

The feature is integrated with Lightspeed Golf's existing booking system and tee sheet, and is designed to operate without requiring additional systems or manual follow-up from course staff.

Lightspeed also launched Tee Time Reminders alongside On Deck. That feature sends golfers an automated email 48 hours before a reservation, giving them the option to confirm or edit their booking.

The Montreal-based company said it plans to continue expanding On Deck's capabilities. Lightspeed operates in over 100 countries and serves retail, golf, and hospitality businesses.
