Laser Photonics closes $7.9M public offering on Nasdaq
Laser Photonics Corporation (NASDAQ: LASE), a developer of laser systems for industrial and defense applications, closed a public offering on September 14, 2026, raising approximately $7.9 million in gross proceeds before placement agent fees and other expenses.
The offering consisted of 10,500,000 shares of common stock priced at $0.75 per share, accompanied by two series of warrants. Series B-1 warrants allow the purchase of up to 10,500,000 shares and expire five years from issuance, while Series B-2 warrants cover the same number of shares and expire after 24 months. Both warrant series carry an exercise price of $0.75 per share and are exercisable upon issuance.
H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC served as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the related Form S-1 registration statement effective on September 10, 2026.
According to the company, net proceeds are intended for research and development of laser-based technologies, acquisitions, and working capital.
