Amarc Resources names interim CFO, grants stock options

Amarc Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AHR)(FSE: AQ5) announced that Carol Li has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2026, for personal reasons. Li will continue in an advisory role to support the transition.



Braden Jensen, the company's Corporate Controller, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. Jensen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in the natural resources sector and has served as CFO for several public mining companies in Canada over the past 11 years.



Jensen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, a Post Baccalaureate in Accounting from Thompson Rivers University, and a Chartered Accountant designation from the BC Chartered Accountants School of Business.



Amarc also announced the grant of 250,000 incentive stock options to Tom McMillan, VP of Investor Relations, at a price of $0.94 per share, exercisable over five years. McMillan has been designated an insider of the company. The options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
