Bread Financial (NYSE: BFH) and Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) have renewed their credit card program agreement, the companies announced Sept. 15, 2026. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under the renewed agreement, the two companies will focus on technology enhancements, data-driven marketing analytics, and credit capabilities across Signet's brand portfolio, which includes KAY Jewelers, Zales, Jared, and Blue Nile.

Bread Financial currently supports most of Signet's U.S. brand portfolio through a range of credit solutions. The renewed agreement will extend credit capabilities to Blue Nile, Signet's online fine jewelry and diamond retailer, ahead of the 2026 holiday season.

"Bread Financial's longstanding relationship with Signet is grounded in trust, collaboration and a shared focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences," said Dennis McCarthy, executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Bread Financial.

Joan Hilson, chief operating and financial officer of Signet Jewelers, said the renewal "reflects confidence in our ability to deliver a better experience for our customers," adding that the companies plan to deepen their partnership, including the addition of Blue Nile ahead of the holiday season.

Signet operates approximately 2,500 stores across multiple brand names in the U.S. and internationally. Bread Financial, based in Columbus, Ohio, provides co-brand and private label credit cards and pay-over-time products to U.S. consumers.
