CoStar Group names Felix Kusch president of Homes.com
CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) has named Felix Kusch as president of Homes.com, according to a company statement.
Kusch previously served as CEO of Immoweb, a residential real estate portal in Belgium, and CEO of Immowelt, a real estate portal in Germany. Before those roles, he led mergers and acquisitions at Axel Springer Digital focused on European real estate marketplaces and served on the boards of Meilleurs Agents and Lamudi. He holds a bachelor's degree from Oxford University and a master's degree from University College London.
Homes.com's leadership team will report to Kusch, who will in turn report to CoStar Group founder and CEO Andy Florance.
"Felix has run two of Europe's top real estate portals and beaten some of the toughest competitors in the industry to do it, that's exactly the experience we want leading Homes.com," Florance said.
Kusch joins as CoStar Group's residential segment reported its first profitable quarter. In the second quarter of 2026, the segment generated $12 million in adjusted EBITDA, a $41 million increase from the first quarter. Homes.com revenue grew 66% year over year to $28.5 million. Across its network, including Homes.com and U.K. portal OnTheMarket, CoStar Group drew 118 million average monthly unique visitors during the quarter.
