eToro reports August AUA of $20.2B, funded accounts up 18%
eToro Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ETOR) released selected business metrics for August 2026, showing assets under administration of $20.2 billion, up 3% year-over-year from $19.7 billion in August 2025.
Funded accounts reached 4.36 million, an 18% increase year-over-year, though that figure includes 110,000 accounts added through the company's acquisitions of Zengo and Bit2C.
Capital markets and ECC trading volume rose 31% year-over-year to 51.7 million trades, while the invested amount per trade in that category fell 29% to $197, compared with $278 in August 2025.
Crypto trading activity declined modestly, with 5.3 million trades in August 2026, down 4% from 5.5 million a year earlier. The invested amount per crypto trade dropped 70% year-over-year to $97, from $325 in August 2025.
Interest earning assets were $7.1 billion, down 7% from $7.6 billion a year earlier. Total money transfers were $1.2 billion, up 33% year-over-year from $0.9 billion.
The company noted that August 2026 metrics are estimated as of August 31, 2026, have not been audited or reviewed, and are subject to change. Final results for the full fiscal quarter will be available in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
