Strata Mental Health Solutions, an Atlanta-based clinical training firm, has received one of five U.S. healthcare provider training grants awarded by Compass Pathways (Nasdaq: CMPS) to develop provider training programs for COMP360, Compass Pathways' investigational psilocybin treatment.

The grant is intended to support provider training if COMP360 receives regulatory approval. Compass Pathways has reported positive results from two Phase 3 trials of COMP360. The company expects its New Drug Application submission to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2026 under a rolling submission and FDA review pathway, with a commercial launch anticipated in the first half of 2027.

Under the grant, Strata will develop provider training programs based on the approach used in the COMP360 clinical trials. The training will be delivered through Strata's learning platform and taught by clinical faculty with direct experience in the COMP360 clinical development program. Strata's founders previously contributed to the development of the provider training program used in the COMP360 trials.

According to the press release, COMP360 is administered in multi-hour sessions under the supervision of trained, multidisciplinary teams, with additional sessions required to prepare and support patients before and after medication delivery.

Beyond training, Strata's platform includes site-readiness consultation covering clinical workflows, screening, escalation pathways, and quality assurance, as well as ongoing support during early real-world delivery.
