Labcorp Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, today hosted its 2026 Investor Day (“Investor Day”), where the company provided an in-depth review of its growth strategy, innovation roadmap, and long-term financial outlook.
In connection with Investor Day, the Company issued a press release that, among other things, discussed its business strategy, reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, and provided its long-term financial outlook through 2029. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
The Investor Day presentation used by members of the Company’s executive leadership team, which includes information regarding the matters discussed by the Company at its Investor Day and in the press release, has been posted on the Labcorp Investor Relations website at ir.labcorp.com. In addition, a copy of this presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
