Flip Electronics, an Alpharetta, Georgia-based authorized distributor of electronic components, has signed a distribution partnership agreement with Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS), the companies announced.

Under the agreement, Flip Electronics will distribute Littelfuse's portfolio of end-of-life (EOL), obsolete, aged, and excess electronic components. The deal covers products intended for industrial, military, aerospace, transportation, and medical markets.

Crystal Sensenbrenner, Vice President of Global Distribution at Littelfuse, said in a statement: "We are committed to supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle, and making our end-of-life and obsolete product portfolio available through Flip Electronics is an important part of that commitment."

Jason Murphy, CEO of Flip Electronics, said the agreement "strengthens our ability to support customers with continued access to critical end-of-life, obsolete, and hard-to-find components through an authorized supply chain."

Littelfuse operates in more than 20 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people. The company serves more than 100,000 end customers across industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.
