T3 Defense unit wins $1.3M power-generation order for Europe
T3 Defense Inc. (Nasdaq: DFNS) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Rimon Agencies Ltd., received a $1.3 million purchase order from an unnamed Israeli defense prime contractor to supply engineered power-generation systems for a European air-defense production line.
According to a press release dated Sept. 10, 2026, the equipment will be built and configured to the prime contractor's specifications for serial defense production, with deliveries scheduled for a European production facility. The company described this as Rimon's first purchase order tied to European air-defense production activity.
Menny Shalom, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of T3 Defense, said the order "opens a path for Rimon into the European air-defense supply chain, where we see multi-year, program-driven demand for exactly this class of hardware."
Itamar Shimoni, Chief Executive Officer of Rimon, said the order "reflects Rimon's engineering and manufacturing capabilities" and called it "a significant step in the expansion of our footprint beyond Israel."
As of July 31, 2026, Rimon had generated approximately $5.25 million in year-to-date revenue, exceeding its full-year 2025 revenue of $4.6 million. The subsidiary held approximately $2.1 million in backlog scheduled for delivery through year-end before the new order was added.
T3 Defense operates additional subsidiaries including Positech, Tiltan, ITS, and Nimbus, spanning capabilities such as launcher systems, tactical mobility, positioning and navigation, and command-and-control systems.
